-Performed and analyzed diagnostic tests across core departments: hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, -Operated automated analyzers and maintained laboratory equipment in line with safety and quality standards. -Drafted, wrote, and reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including for the Cryptococcal Antigen test (Jul-Sep 2025). -Collaborated with senior laboratory staff to ensure accuracy and timely reporting of patient results. -Participated in departmental meetings to review complex cases and improve workflow efficiency.
