I am a dedicated System Analyst and Digital Health Specialist with over three years of experience in digital health systems implementation, health information management, systems analysis, technical support, and digital transformation within the healthcare sector.

Currently, I serve as a System Analyst in the Digital Health Ecosystem Team at the Ministry of Health Zanzibar, where I support the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital health solutions that improve healthcare service delivery. I have successfully contributed to the deployment of the Zanzibar Electronic Medical Record (ZanEMR) system across more than 95 primary healthcare facilities in Unguja and Pemba.

My responsibilities include system implementation, requirements analysis, user acceptance support, end-user training, technical troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, data quality improvement, and project coordination. I have also led multidisciplinary implementation teams of over 25 professionals, working closely with healthcare providers, ICT experts, and government stakeholders to ensure successful digital transformation initiatives.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT). My technical expertise includes Health Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Digital Health, Systems Analysis, SQL, Database Management, Technical Support, ICT Infrastructure, Data Management, and Project Coordination.

I am passionate about using technology to strengthen healthcare systems, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance patient care.
