All aspects by afforestation, reforestation, waste  management(solid, liquid, hazardous) and sanitation, effective land planning and usage, avoiding (land degradation, deterioration of water sources, loss of wildlife habitats and biodiversity, deterioration of aquatic ecosystems, deforestation, environmental pollution, safe use of modern biotechnologies i.e. alien invasive species , cross cutting issues(good governance, resource mobilization, gender and to perform the following duties and responsibilities as :-

To implement and Monitor Health Safety and Environment Policies at workplace by ensuring that safety programs are into action and make sure they’re working effectively, Conduct Risk Assessments by identifying potential hazards and ensuring that Safe Operating System (SoP) and health safety and environment Act and its regulations is practiced i.e. Environmental Management Act No.20 of 2004 and its regulations, Occupational health and safety Act,2003 and its rules.

To manage statutory Compliance for all operations, overseeing collection, transportation and disposal of waste, to ensure its efficiency and prevent contamination of air, land or water, ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed, formulating disposal methods and developing new approach/methods on waste management, ensuring a consistent standard of customer service, supervising team and providing additional training and coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing their job properly, coordinate and supervise effectively all disposal activities at site, perform evaluations and report all effect of our operations at site.

To  implement all company procedures, policies, guidelines and plans at the plant, liaise with relevant bodies such as local authorities, public bodies and competent bodies, negotiate waste and environmental service agreements and manage associated costs and revenues, set organizational sustainability targets, developing plans to meet those targets and oversee their delivery and and all Environmental and Social Impact Assessments(ESIA) matters at site and to comply Tanzania Legislations (TBS,TBA, FIRE, LGAs &TIC) and Global Standard(IFC,ISO) requirements, and to participate in Health Safety and Environment inspections, reviews and Assessments.
