Currently, I am serving as Vice President at Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre, Karjat, a stunning destination for weekend getaways and family holidays. I oversee the entire resort operations, from rooms and F&B to sales and marketing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. I also leverage my in-depth knowledge of global cultures and guest preferences to introduce new products and services that meet the needs of tomorrow’s savvy travelers. Previously, I served as General Manager in the same unit and also managed several award-winning properties in Bangladesh, where I led the teams to achieve excellence in F&B, eco-friendliness, and family-friendliness. My hands-on approach as a motivator, trainer, and mentor shows my dedication to creating an integrated and high-performing team.
