Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Warehouse Inventory Controller to join our growing operations in Tabora. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our stock management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting regular audits, and maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or surpluses. Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain strict safety and security protocols within the warehouse facility.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in shipment documentation or physical stock levels immediately.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail for data reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with various departments and external vendors.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in inventory management or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably within a large-scale logistics or manufacturing setting. Proven experience in managing large datasets and conducting complex audits is essential for success in this role.
