Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Financial Controller to join our regional operations in Mwanza. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the financial health of our regional branches, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and providing high-level financial analysis to support decision-making. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial reporting, internal controls, and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard bank assets and ensure data integrity.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Mwanza regional office, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Education

Experience

A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Proven experience in managing large-scale financial operations and leading audit processes is essential for success in this role.
