Roles • Advising Strømme Foundation’s implementing partners in Tanzania and Kenya on learning and capacity-building frameworks, aligning education and livelihoods portfolios with strategic and growth priorities. • Strengthening monitoring frameworks to enhance data accuracy and consistency across 10 implementing partners organisations in Tanzania and Kenya. • Preparing donor reports and performance reports using MEL data and evidence. • Supporting the management of digital data systems and databases, including KoboToolbox and SurveyCTO, to improve data quality and reporting. • Transforming data (Stata, Power BI) into actionable insights for program impact. • Conduct studies and evaluations, documenting best practices to shape education and livelihood programs
