Paul Mang’eni Mgendi

Hydrologist and hydroclimatologist with 15+ years of progressive experience across operational hydrometeorology, catchment assessment, flood and drought early warning, basin planning, and decision-support systems. Holds a Master of Technology in Hydrology and currently serves the Tanzania Ministry of Water as a Senior Hydrologist in Surface Water Resources Management. Combines rainfall-runoff and hydraulic modelling, groundwater analysis, GIS/remote sensing, hydro-meteorological data quality control, and climate-risk assessment to convert complex datasets into practical water-management decisions.
