Job Overview

The Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality across all assembly lines. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute improvement roadmaps that target a minimum 10% reduction in cycle time within the first year.
• Lead Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate new technologies, such as IoT sensors and AI‑based predictive maintenance, into the production floor.
• Monitor key performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Train and mentor shop‑floor supervisors and operators on lean principles and problem‑solving techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in statistical software (Minitab, JMP, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with lean manufacturing tools, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
