Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Data Analyst to join our team in Tabora, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to inform conservation efforts and support our mission to protect the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with conservation teams to inform decision-making and support conservation efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in geospatial analysis

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Geospatial Technology or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in geospatial analysis and data visualization
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with geospatial software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
