Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Resilience Specialist to join our team in Tabora, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain resilience strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in risk management, logistics, and transportation. They will be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to improve supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain resilience strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and develop effective solutions to improve supply chain resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain resilience initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions
Required Skills
- Strong background in supply chain management, with experience in risk management, logistics, and transportation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with experience in risk management, logistics, and transportation
Salary
