Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our renewable energy projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renewable energy projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in renewable energy engineering, with a focus on solar or wind energy.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing large-scale projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Asana.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a focus on solar or wind energy.

Salary

5,000,000 – 7,000,000 SSP per annum.
