Key Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to forecast demand, plan capacity, and optimize routing.
  • Support the implementation of digital tools, including ERP and TMS platforms, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
  • Prepare regular performance summaries for senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to customs regulations and trade policies.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to cross‑functional teams.

Education
