Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Finance and Risk team in Dodoma, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

The role will involve working closely with our finance and risk teams to identify trends and patterns in financial data, and developing reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions

  • Work closely with finance and risk teams to identify trends and patterns in financial data
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution

Salary

1500000 – 2500000 SSP per annum
