Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Hospitality Manager to lead our operations in the beautiful Zanzibar archipelago. Key Responsibilities

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess at least seven years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management, with at least three years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and driving guest satisfaction scores is essential. Experience in the East African tourism market is a significant advantage for this role.
