Job Overview

The Senior Investment Analyst will play a critical role in our Investment Banking Division, focusing on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic asset management. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring transactions.
• Maintain and update internal databases and financial models to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, DCF analysis, and comparable company analysis.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and investment banking principles.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex data to executives.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, Excel (VBA preferred), and other financial software.

Education

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a closely related quantitative field.
