Job Overview
The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance in Singida, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and superior customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square meter, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, loss prevention, and supplier relationships to optimize product availability and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present performance reports to regional leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive community engagement initiatives and local marketing campaigns to strengthen the store’s presence in Singida.
