Job Overview

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and management of BIM processes for large‑scale construction projects throughout the Southern Highlands region. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to create, maintain, and coordinate digital models that drive project planning, cost estimation, and on‑site execution. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across all projects.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and optimize designs.
• Create, manage, and update 3D models, 4D schedules, and 5D cost estimations using Revit, Navisworks, and related software.
• Integrate BIM data with project management tools to support real‑time monitoring and reporting.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM specialists and project staff.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to align material specifications with BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed BIM documentation for client presentations and regulatory submissions.
