Job Overview

The Data Center Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day management of Microsoft’s Tabora data center, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Tabora data center, including power, cooling, and network infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and reliability.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five years in data center operations, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience with large‑scale cloud environments and enterprise‑grade hardware is essential.
