• Gained Industrial exposure to cement manufacturing process from raw material handling to cement dispatching • Evaluated the performance of process equipment (raw mill, separator, cyclone, kiln, grate cooler) performance • Developed practical understanding of process flow, heat transfer systems, and plant- wide integration. • Compiled weekly progress reports and basic data summaries in MS Excel, supporting reporting to supervisors.
• Utilized the use of Advanced Laboratory Equipment (HPLC and GCMS) to provide accurate results for legal and law enforcement. • Participated in the routine inspections in Industries and other Chemical-related businesses to ensure compliance of The Industrial and Consumer Chemicals (Management and Control) Act of 2020. • Assisted in method development and validation for improving forensic testing procedures, enhancing laboratory efficiency and accuracy. • Compiled weekly progress notes and basic data summaries in MS Word, and MS Excel, supporting reporting to supervisors.
