Work & Experience
Tree Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise nursery operations and ensure seedlings are produced according to quality standards. Monitor seed germination, growth, watering, weeding, shading, and pest/disease control. Conduct regular field visits to support and monitor outgrowers. Train outgrowers and farmers on nursery establishment, seedling management, and tree planting best practices. Perform quality audits on nurseries and reject seedlings that do not meet standards. Plan and coordinate seedling distribution to farmers. Collect, verify, and submit accurate field data and reports using digital tools (such as CommCare or Google Sheets). Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved.
