As a Transport Officer at NOBAC International Trade Company, I specialize in the end-to-end coordination of international logistics, where I actively manage client and vendor relationships, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure full regulatory compliance. My role centers on optimizing supply chain performance through real-time tracking, proactive problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to resolve operational bottlenecks and consistently improve service delivery standards.
During my internship at Pangani Port from September 2025 to February 2026, I gained hands-on experience in transport and operations by actively assisting in fleet coordination, real-time problem solving, and driver support. I was responsible for rigorous data management, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, which significantly contributed to improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance at the terminal.
During my field attachment at the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) in Dar es Salaam in 2023, I played a key role in supporting daily terminal activities by managing operational reporting, workforce coordination, and port operations support.
