 Conducting of quality control testing and verification of raw materials used in polyurethane foam production, including TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate), Polyol, Stannous Octoate (SO), Amine catalysts, Methylene Chloride (MC), Poly alkylene oxide siloxane and Water to ensure compliance with production specifications.  Monitoring and controlling of chemical formulations by accurately calculating and adjusting the ratios of TDI, Polyol, Amine, Tin, Silicone, MC, and Water to achieve the required foam density, hardness, resilience, and dimensional stability.  Investigating of production issues related to foam defects such as shrinkage, collapse, cracking, discoloration, and density variation, and recommended corrective actions.  Ensuring proper storage, handling, and safe use of hazardous chemicals, particularly TDI and Methylene Chloride, in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.  Monitoring of chemical consumption and production records to maintain batch-to-batch consistency and minimize material wastage.  Conducting physical tests including density, compression set, tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and resilience testing on finished foam products.  Collaborating with production teams to optimize foam formulations and improve product quality, yield, and process efficiency.  Implementation of quality assurance procedures, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.  Conducted internal audits and ensured compliance with quality management systems, safety standards, and customer specifications.  Maintained laboratory equipment calibration and ensured accurate testing results for quality control activities.  Preparing and submitting the Methylene Chloride Precursor Return Reports to the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA), ensuring compliance with national chemical regulatory requirements.
