 Conducting of quality control testing and verification of raw materials used in polyurethane foam production, including TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate), Polyol, Stannous Octoate (SO), Amine catalysts, Methylene Chloride (MC), Poly alkylene oxide siloxane and Water to ensure compliance with production specifications.  Monitoring and controlling of chemical formulations by accurately calculating and adjusting the ratios of TDI, Polyol, Amine, Tin, Silicone, MC, and Water to achieve the required foam density, hardness, resilience, and dimensional stability.  Investigating of production issues related to foam defects such as shrinkage, collapse, cracking, discoloration, and density variation, and recommended corrective actions.  Ensuring proper storage, handling, and safe use of hazardous chemicals, particularly TDI and Methylene Chloride, in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.  Monitoring of chemical consumption and production records to maintain batch-to-batch consistency and minimize material wastage.  Conducting physical tests including density, compression set, tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and resilience testing on finished foam products.  Collaborating with production teams to optimize foam formulations and improve product quality, yield, and process efficiency.  Implementation of quality assurance procedures, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.  Conducted internal audits and ensured compliance with quality management systems, safety standards, and customer specifications.  Maintained laboratory equipment calibration and ensured accurate testing results for quality control activities.  Preparing and submitting the Methylene Chloride Precursor Return Reports to the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA), ensuring compliance with national chemical regulatory requirements.

➢ Site visiting for water analysis by looking on both physical and chemical parameters like the PH, Alkalinity, Phosphate level, Silica level, Chloride, Iron, TDS, Conductivity, Hardness of water and Turbidity. ➢ Water treatment through Reverse Osmosis and Demineralizer techniques. ➢ Maintenance of RO machine and Demineralizer plant like doing Backwash, rinsing, Chemical flashing, CIP and Cartilage filter replacements in RO Plants. Backwash and rinsing of Demineralizer tanks, regeneration of Demineralizer tanks for Strong acid Cation (SAC) and Strong base anion (SBA). ➢ Sample collection for boiler water and analysis of its parameters. ➢ Boiler Chemical dossing in both low pressure doser tank (LP) and High pressure doser tank (HP) in order to maintains the required steam and boiled water parameters (PH, Alkalinity, Phosphate level and TDS) that will be used for different purpose

 Site visiting for sample collection and laboratory measurements of Soil and water parameters, example testing of mineral contents in the soil like P, Fe, Cr, K, Ca, S, Ba, Ti, Al2O3 and Si02 by using X-ray fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF) and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(AAS), Laboratory testing of Heavy metals like As, Hg, Zn, Pb, Ag, and Pt by using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy (ICP-MS), Laboratory testing of water samples before the project to start and after by looking up on the PH, TDS, Conductivity, Hardness of water and Turbidity.  Preparing Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Development of mitigation measures and conducting of Environmental Impacts Assessments (EIA) concerning with all projects involving Chemical uses like Chemical Warehouses, Mining activities and Manufacturing industry in Collaborating with Government Stakeholders (GCLA and TBS) who have an Authorities with those Chemicals and Quality Standard issues in addition with OSHA for all safety and Health issues at work.

➢ Collection and analysis of Intravenous injection fluid samples like Dextrose, Normal saline and Lactated Ringers by using Polarimetric method in Quality control laboratory. ➢ Analysis of Paracetamol samples produced from Training industry unity by looking up on the quality of its active ingredient(acetaminophen) in term of its Concentrations by using High performing liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Thin layer Chromatography (TLC) and looking up on breaking force of a tablet produced by using Tablet Hardness tester which is designed to detect breaking strength of tablets with specific tablet diameter and specific hardness range. ➢ Microbiological testing of gram positive and negative of different samples like water, and injection fluids collected from different areas by using MacConkey auger as a media and food of bacteria. ➢ Production of paracetamol of 500mg from pharmaceutical industry training found within the institute
