Key Responsibilities • Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. • Negotiation: Secure the most advantageous pricing, delivery terms, and contracts. • Purchasing: Process purchase requests, review quality, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and mitigate supply chain risks. • Compliance: Ensure all procurement procedures follow internal organizational policies and legal/industry standards. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

Inventory & Stock Management Inventory Tracking: • Monitor raw materials (e.g., reflective tapes, fire-retardant fabrics) and finished PPE goods to prevent overstocking or stockouts. • Quality & Traceability: Ensure fabric batches, elastics, and safety gear are logged correctly, as PPE products often require strict traceability. • Stock Audits: Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with ledger/ERP systems 2.Sewing Industry Coordination • Raw Material Issuing: Work closely with the production floor to supply fabrics, trims, and notions on time. • FIFO Method: Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) rules to ensure older fabrics or materials are used first to prevent material decay. • Scrap & Waste Tracking: Monitor fabric wastage (offcuts) and log unusable raw materials for disposal or moisture 3. Receiving & Dispatch • Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming bulk shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Dispatch: Prepare finished garments/PPE for shipping to distributors or clients, verifying items against customer orders. • Logistics: Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure timely delivery and secure loading of products 4. PPE Company Requirements • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure finished safety equipment (hard hats, high-vis, respirators) is stored in optimal conditions to maintain its protective integrity (e.g., preventing degradation from heat or moisture). • Batch Verification: Match incoming protective clothing batches against manufacturer certificates and technical specifications. • Equipment Provision: Oversee the internal issuing of PPE to warehouse and factory floor staff to maintain safety compliance 5.
