Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of agro-processing facilities, including raw material handling and finished product packaging.
  • Implement quality control protocols to meet international food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Collaborate with local farmers to ensure sustainable supply chain practices and fair trade partnerships.
  • Monitor production KPIs and reduce waste through lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Lead a team of 15–20 technicians and supervisors, fostering a culture of innovation and safety.

Required Skills

Salary
