Job Overview

The Beverage Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities at the Arusha bottling plant, ensuring that all processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to conduct regular inspections and resolve any non‑conformities.
  • Maintain equipment logs, schedule preventive maintenance, and liaise with the Maintenance team for timely repairs.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Prepare daily production reports and present performance insights to senior management.

Education
