Job Description (Key Duties & Responsibilities)
Clinic Operations & Medical Support (70%)
The Employee Medical & Wellbeing Officer will:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee medical concerns and emergencies
- Respond quickly to medical incidents within accommodation and lodge areas
- Support medical doctors during:
- Consultations
- Treatments
- Medical procedures
- Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential employee medical records
- Manage:
- Medical examinations
- HACCP compliance records
- First Aid documentation
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Tanzanian health and occupational safety regulations
- Maintain clinic hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage medical supplies, pharmacy inventory, and healthcare stock levels
- Coordinate with healthcare partners and external stakeholders for referrals and medical support
- Prepare monthly medical and clinic reports

Essential Qualification
