Job Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function within the bank, providing strategic financial guidance and support to the management team. This will involve developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and plans, as well as analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, and a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the bank’s overall business objectives. This will involve identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvement, and developing and implementing plans to achieve these objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
