Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing renewable energy projects in Tanzania. The position will involve working closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric power plants
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential renewable energy sources
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with our team of engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of our projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to environmental impact and safety
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in renewable energy engineering, with a focus on project development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric power
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field from a recognized university
Experience
