Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Mbeya, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials across the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of goods and materials across the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the supply chain
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and transportation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in supply chain management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and transportation
