Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Arusha, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading geospatial projects, providing expert advice on geospatial data and analytics, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial science, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geospatial projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Provide expert advice on geospatial data and analytics to clients, including data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their geospatial needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in geospatial technology, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading geospatial projects from conception to delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field from a recognized university.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in geospatial technology, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
Salary
500,000 – 700,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
