The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between the HR function and operational teams at our Dodoma manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant managers to understand workforce needs and develop HR solutions that support production targets.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for skilled and unskilled roles, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, provide coaching to supervisors, and implement development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend corrective actions in line with Tanzanian labor regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programs on safety, quality, and leadership to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and present insights to senior management for data‑driven decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across the plant.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and incentive schemes.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable recommendations.

Education

Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management is essential.

Salary

The role offers a competitive salary range of SSP 1,500,000 to SSP 2,500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be provided.
