Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models using machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques.
  • Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of data scientists, ensuring continuous skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into analytical solutions, and present actionable insights.
  • Establish robust data governance frameworks, model validation processes, and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as quantum computing, edge AI, and federated learning.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in Python, R, Scala, and SQL for data manipulation and model development.

  • Hands‑on experience with cloud services (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) for scalable AI deployments.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.

Education

Experience

Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in data science, with at least five years in a leadership role overseeing large‑scale analytics projects. Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions that generate measurable business value across multiple industries is essential.

Salary
