Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analyses of client business processes, technology landscapes, and market trends to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive digital strategies, including technology selection, process redesign, and change management plans.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to align vision, secure buy‑in, and define success metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in digital technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML frameworks, and enterprise architecture tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
• Project management expertise, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.

Education

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable and will be considered an asset during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must have 5‑7 years of proven experience in digital consulting, technology implementation, or related roles. Salary
