Job Overview

The Academic Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate programs within the Faculty of Social Sciences. Reporting to the Dean of Academic Affairs, the coordinator will collaborate with department heads, faculty members, and external stakeholders to ensure curricula meet accreditation standards, industry relevance, and student needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update program curricula in alignment with national accreditation requirements and international best practices.
  • Coordinate program scheduling, resource allocation, and classroom assignments to optimize teaching and learning experiences.
  • Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and administrative units to address academic concerns promptly.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, including enrollment trends, graduation rates, and student satisfaction, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures that enhance academic quality and industry relevance.
  • Support faculty in adopting innovative pedagogical tools, such as blended learning and digital assessment platforms.

Experience

Salary
