Job Overview

The Construction Site Safety Manager will lead all safety initiatives for CCECC’s upcoming Tabora project, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve site‑specific safety management plans.
• Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Ensure all workers are trained, certified, and equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure permits and maintain compliance with Tanzanian occupational health and safety laws.

Education
