We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Forensics Specialist to join our team in Tunduru, Tanzania. As a Digital Forensics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating cybercrime incidents, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing strategies to prevent future attacks. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and investigate cybercrime incidents, identifying the root cause and developing strategies to prevent future attacks
  • Conduct digital forensics analysis on computers, mobile devices, and other digital media to gather evidence and identify patterns
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of cyberattacks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address vulnerabilities in our systems and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks

Required Skills

  • Strong background in digital forensics, with a focus on incident response and threat analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital forensics tools and software, including EnCase, FTK, and X-Ways
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong focus on digital forensics and cybersecurity.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in digital forensics, with a focus on incident response and threat analysis.

Salary

5,000,000 – 7,000,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
