Job Overview
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing John Deere agricultural equipment for clients throughout the Lindi region. This role is critical to ensuring that farmers experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency during planting, harvesting, and other essential operations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical training and guidance to customers on proper equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate service records and generate detailed reports for management.

- Promote John Deere products and services, identifying upsell opportunities.

Education

Experience
A minimum of three to five years of hands‑on experience servicing agricultural machinery, preferably with a reputable equipment manufacturer, is required. Experience working in rural or coastal environments will be considered an advantage.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 1,500,000 to SSP 2,500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives and allowances for travel and field work are included.
