Position Overview

TCPL is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resource Officer to support strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, talent acquisition activities, workforce planning, and compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
