Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining employee records
• Manage employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including conducting audits and risk assessments
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support recruitment and talent management initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Tanzania
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR software and systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the mining or manufacturing sector.

Salary

The salary range for this position is TSH 800,000 – 1,200,000 per month.
