Key Job Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Technical Development

• Deliver and coordinate processing and metallurgical training programs
• Develop workforce competency in line with operational standards
• Implement training plans according to site schedules and operational requirements
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for employees and contractors
• Support expatriate workforce training and integration
• Evaluate training performance and recommend improvements

Training Records & Compliance Management

• Maintain accurate training records and employee competency reports
• Ensure training compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Monitor adherence to the Training Matrix and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Prepare reports related to workforce competency and training effectiveness
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance monitoring
