Job Overview

The Railway Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of railway infrastructure projects in Tanzania. This will involve working closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, civil engineering, and railway infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of railway infrastructure projects in Tanzania
• Work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Lead and manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with Bombardier Transportation’s quality and safety standards
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, civil engineering, and railway infrastructure development
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and project teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

5-10 years of experience in project management, civil engineering, and railway infrastructure development

Salary
