Position Overview

Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation operations, warehousing activities, inventory flow, fleet management, and distribution efficiency across Tanzania. Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations Management

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage nationwide transportation and distribution activities.

Supply Chain Optimization

• Supervise fleet utilization and maintenance programs.

• Oversee storage optimization and material handling processes.

Budget & Compliance

• Prepare and manage logistics budgets.
• Monitor operational expenditures and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Support risk management and business continuity planning.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA is advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of logistics or supply chain management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale transportation networks.
• Proven leadership experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems preferred.
