Job Overview
The Retail Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of store performance in the Tanga outlet, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities

- Coach, train, and evaluate store staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce out‑of‑stock situations.
- Implement health, safety, and security protocols to protect customers and employees.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and action plans.

Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 SSP, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
