Job Overview

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and supervision of complex structural systems for a portfolio of high‑value construction projects in the southern region of Tanzania. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects using advanced software such as SAP2000, ETABS, and Tekla Structures.
  • Prepare detailed calculation reports, construction drawings, and specifications in compliance with Tanzanian building codes and international standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to verify that structural works are executed according to design intent and quality standards.

Salary
