Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our growing design team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, delightful, and seamless. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from initial research to high-fidelity prototyping.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that support scalable product growth.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Exceptional visual communication skills and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to articulate design decisions based on user data and psychological principles.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working in an Agile development environment.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a design-related discipline is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a fast-paced software or tech-driven company. A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through design is essential for this role.
