Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes for Unilever Tanzania. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for multiple product categories.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers, identifying excess or shortage situations and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards highlighting key supply chain metrics such as fill rate, order cycle time, and inventory turnover.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and proposing data‑backed solutions.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of supply chain software tools and automation projects.
• Coordinate with external logistics providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective transportation of goods.
• Participate in monthly business review meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
