Job Overview
The Blockchain Solutions Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based platforms that address critical business challenges in sectors such as finance, supply chain, agriculture, and public services. Reporting to the Head of Innovation, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to translate strategic objectives into scalable, secure, and high‑performance blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end blockchain solutions, including consensus mechanisms, smart contract frameworks, and integration layers.
- Collaborate with product owners to define use cases, functional requirements, and success metrics for blockchain initiatives.
- Lead the development of prototype applications, conduct proof‑of‑concept trials, and evaluate performance against scalability and security benchmarks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in cryptography, data privacy, and network governance.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local universities, research labs, and fintech startups to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides.
- Stay abreast of global blockchain trends, regulatory developments, and emerging standards, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, or Corda.
- Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity, Go, or Java.
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger concepts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic primitives.
- Experience with cloud environments (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate blockchain with existing enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in blockchain technologies, cloud architecture, or cybersecurity are highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, with at least three years dedicated to blockchain solution design and implementation. Prior experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise‑grade projects is essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 3,000,000 to SSP 5,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience, expertise, and performance. Additional performance‑based bonuses and stock options may be offered.
