Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Forestry Manager to oversee our plantation operations in Iringa. In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor silvicultural activities, harvesting operations, and conservation efforts. You will ensure that our forestry practices comply with international standards, including Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor forest health, soil quality, and water resources, implementing corrective actions.

- Proven experience in managing FSC-certified forestry operations and environmental impact assessments.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial forestry management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Direct experience with FSC certification processes is highly preferred.
