Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

The Tourism Office & Visitors Relations Officer will play an important role in ensuring smooth visitor experiences and tourism operations.

Visitor Reception & Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist visitors at the tourism office
  • Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and online tour inquiries
  • Deliver excellent customer service and visitor support
  • Explain tourism packages, travel experiences, and safety guidelines
  • Ensure visitors enjoy a positive and memorable tourism experience

Tour Coordination & Booking Management

  • Register guests and coordinate tour bookings and reservations
  • Assign tour guides and manage daily tour schedules
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, meals, and travel logistics
  • Support seamless communication between guides and visitors
  • Ensure all bookings are accurately documented and managed

Experience Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should ideally have:

  • Experience using WhatsApp, email, MS Word, and Microsoft Excel
